Oleg Cross is an award-winning attorney, focusing his practice on estate planning and select trust & estate litigation engagements. A graduate of Duke University School of Law, Mr. Cross honed his legal skills at Cooley LLP – the nation’s premier law firm. There, he represented Fortune 500 companies and individuals in a broad range of complex litigation matters. Since founding his own firm, Mr. Cross has used his experience representing large institutional clients to benefit ordinary people and their families. Having grown up in Ukraine and raised by a single mother with very modest means, Mr. Cross finds personal and professional fulfilment in helping families preserve and keep their family wealth.

Oleg Cross is a doting father of two. He is active in the legal community and volunteers his time and efforts to many organizations, including Wills for Heroes. In 2009, he received a Distinguished Service Award from the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program for his work on behalf of indigent clients.
